- Our Chalet Hosts are destination experts
- Our hosts will be on hand to offer breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner 6 days of the week.
- They also maintain the cleanliness of the communal areas.
- Most of our Chalet Hosts are avid skiers and snowboarders so can share their knowledge of the slopes and resorts.
- We use eco-friendly cleaning products throughout our properties and we have stopped using single use plastic.
Chalet catering
- We have designed our menu and products to help improve our carbon footprint.
- Breakfast is included on every morning of your holiday and consists of a continental buffet or 6 morning a week, a hot serve option.
- Afternoon tea with a variety of cakes will be available 6 days of the week
- Dinner will be served 6 nights of your chalet holiday, consisting of a 4-course choice dinner, starting off with prosecco apéritif.
- During dinner, there is a choice of 3 reds, 3 whites and 1 rosé wine, variety of beer and soft drinks.
- If you have any dietary requirements, you will need to let our reservations team know at time of booking.

Ski Chalet FAQ's
Families in Chalets
- Children aged 12 years and over are welcome in our chalets throughout the whole winter season. Children aged 11 years and under are welcome in our chalets throughout the whole season when the chalet has been booked for exclusive use (sole use). If you’re a smaller family with younger children, children aged 11 years and under are welcome in our shared chalets on peak holidays dates only.
- Please see peak holiday dates on individual chalet pages.
- Unless part of an exclusive sole use chalet booking, it is not possible for children under 10 years old to eat with their parents at the adult dinner sitting.
- High Tea - We serve a separate high tea at 5:30pm for children aged 10 years and under.
Celebrations in Our Chalets
- Birthdays - With notice, our Hosts can organise decorations to put up throughout the chalet and can prepare a birthday cake.
- Christmas - All our chalets have a Christmas tree and we serve turkey with all the trimmings on Christmas Day, mince pies and Christmas pudding.
- New Year’s Eve - All our chalets serve a special Celebration Menu, and our Chalet Hosts will know of any resort festivities that you can join in after dinner.
