Beginners skiing and snowboarding in La Villa

While there is limited skiing for beginners in the immediate area, it can be said that once you have spent a few days in ski school and mastered the basics, there there is a huge number of wide of blue runs as you head towards Corvara side of the ski area to stretch legs and enjoy. Best of all, this is off the main Sella circuit, so for the most part, a quiet area to practise all the new skills you have learnt.

Intermediate skiing and snowboarding in La Villa

Simply a paradise for intermediate skiers who can choose between just skiing the local area of Alta Badia or taking on the challenge of skiing the Sella Ronda from Corvara, either clockwise of anti clockwise where there is a host of satisfying red runs. If you do stay local, head towards La Crusc, one of the most pictured churches in the region, found at 2045 metres. On your way back down the mountain, be sure to stop in at Ütia L'Tamá for a drink or bite to eat.

Advanced skiing and snowboarding in La Villa

Confident skiers have a range of mountains to ski with just over 1220km piste on one pass. We recommend spending a day over towards Arabba where you will find the famous Marmolada glacier and steep runs to keep you occupied and challenged. We also have to mention the Hidden Valley found at the top of the Lagazuoi lift. Up there as one of the best runs we've ever experienced, it's definitely worth going to but be sure to get there early as can get busy.

Off piste and snow parks in La Villa

The local Alta Badia area has plenty of snow parks for all abilities. Moviment Snowpark located between the slopes "La Freina" and "Ciampai" is where you will find the with boardercross, rails and jumps to suit your level.
