Hotel La Villa is situated in the peaceful and snowy Boscdaplan area of La Villa in the stunning Alta Badia region. Hotel shuttle

The closest lift is the Gardenacchia, just 400 metres away and connecting you to the Badia area, great for intermediate skiing. If you are looking to head towards Corvara, San Cassiano and the Sella circuit, the hotel operates a daily shuttle to the Piz La Ila Gondola, home of the world cup Gran Risa run.

Balcony & Mountain View Rooms

All bedrooms in the hotel not only have a balcony but also spectacular views of the surround mountains. Depending on the location of your bedroom, you can expect to wake up to either Piz La Ila or Sass de la Crusc.

Relaxation 

We all know there is nothing like a nice hot sauna after a day cruising on the slopes. The hotel's small wellness area is a welcoming way to chill once you get back from skiing. The steam room, relaxation area and sensory shower are all included in your holiday cost. There is a small local charge to use the single person whirlpool, definitely worth at least treating yourself once while on holiday.

Featuring a linked ski area of 1,220km on one lift pass, the Dolomite Superski Pass is worth every penny. Walker's pass available & purchased locally. Children born after 01/01/2018 can collect a free ski pass in resort. Proof of age will be required.

Tuition information

  • Group tuition need a minimum number of guests to take place. Very occasionally these numbers aren’t reached. If you have pre-booked tuition and this happens, the ski-school will do their best to offer private tuition to the value of what you had originally booked.

Levels of tuition:

  • Beginner - never skied before
  • Level 1 - advanced beginner; can control speed, snowplough and change direction on gentle slopes 
  • Level 2 - low intermediate, snowplough turns and start to ski parallel
  • Level 3 - good intermediate, parallel turns 
  • Advanced - fully confident on all slopes, looking to improve technique

Meals

Breakfast is served in the restaurant and you can expect a good selection of cold goods on the buffet table as well as eggs and bacon.

After a busy day skiing, the hotel put on a delicious meal. Start off at the salad buffet before being served two courses to your table. It's then back up to the buffet table where a selection of sweet treats await. 

On New Years Eve they serve a delicious gala dinner.
