Grand Hotel Sestriere has great facilities and an even better location. The lifts are only a few minutes away and you can get to them easily with the free shuttle available at selected times. The centre of town is a short walk away and you can look forward to some great mountain views when you get back to the hotel - we recommend enjoying them from the bar. You can pick from over 1,500 wine labels and sit next to the open fire.

Wine and dine

Each morning fuel up for the day at the varied breakfast buffet with a range of sweet and savoury items including fresh pastries and cakes, meats, cheeses, cereals, jams and preserves - hot items such as omlettes, bacon, eggs and sausages are also available. When you return for the day a tasty buffet style dinner is served in the Central Restaurant, the buffet often includes typical Piedmontese dishes and classic Italian favorites including pizza and pasta. There's two restaurants here so you can change things up and upgrade to à la carte for a couple of nights at the 'La Vineria del Colle' restaurant, the menu includes typical Piedmontese dishes with a fantastic wine menu, there is over 1500 different types of wines, so there is bound to be a bottle which pairs perfectly with your meal.

Wellness

If you've got some spare time, head to the wellness area and enjoy relaxing in the hydromassage tub, unwind in the bio-sauna or Finnish sauna or soothe any aches in the steam-bath, cool down in the cooling tub before unwinding in the relaxation area with a herbal tea. There is an entry fee however it is well worth it for a moment of relaxation after a day skiing.
