The cabins at the Jeris Lakeside Resort add a touch of authenticity to your stay, built in a traditional Finnish style with wooden paneling throughout, these cabins offer a cosy retreat in the remote Lappish landscape. Situated between the lake and hotel, the cabins are a short walk to the main building where you will have meals and be picked up for the excursions. Each cabin includes a private sauna and a seating area with a fireplace, perfect for warming up after a day of adventures.
Offered on a full board basis, you will enjoy buffet-style meals and complimentary tea and coffee in the main restaurant - plus selected soft drinks available for children.

Celebrate the holiday season with a variety of arctic activities. Get involved in a baking and crafts workshop, bake delicious gingerbread cookies, and design your own Christmas decoration as a special souvenir to remember your trip, or get involved in the snow activities such as tobogganing and cross-country skiing - the children even have a chance to drive their own mini-snowmobile. A Christmas holiday in Muonio isn't complete without a special meeting with Santa. Santa's Elves are the only ones who know the way to Santa's cabin, you'll be guided through the snowy forests in search of Santa's secret hideout; he'll be waiting for you there!
Unforgettable Arctic Adventures
Staying at Jeris Lakeside Resort offers a variety of thrilling Arctic activities right on your doorstep, all included with your package. You will have the chance to explore the enchanting snowy scenery on a snowmobile and embark on a husky sled tour through the fells and forests. You'll also meet the reindeer at one of Lapland's oldest reindeer farms Lapinkartano “Lapland Manor” before heading on a scenic sleigh ride around the Lappish landscape. For a small local fee, consider exploring the magnificent landscape on snowshoes or cross-country skis while taking in the untouched forest. During the evenings, make sure to keep an eye out for the Northern Lights - due to the secluded setting of Muonio, this is the ideal spot for catching a glimpse of them.

This family-owned hotel offers guests an insight into the indigenous Sami culture of Lapland, respecting Lappish traditions and has a strong connection with local nature. The cosy accommodation is powered by renewable energy and geothermal heating. Full-board meals include a variety of dishes made with local and organic produce.
During your stay, you can visit one of the oldest reindeer farms in Lapland. You can learn about the heritage of the Sámi people and explore the history of the farm through the original artifacts and stories.
