Great slope access

Located at the base of the slopes you can't miss the Pan Pacific Whistler Mountainside as you ski down into town. Just follow the sound of music and clinking glasses to the hotel's popular Dubh Linn Gate Pub for some of Whistler's best après.

The gondolas to both mountains are right outside. Directly opposite is the Excalibur Gondola with access to Blackcomb Mountain and a short walk from there is Whistler Village Gondola with access to Whistler Mountain.

Village location

You have Whistler's huge range of restaurants and bars right on your doorstep. The main Village Stroll is just a few steps away with world class restaurants, cosy cafes, boutique shops and lively bars to explore.

Rooms

Studio Suites are 38m² with a queen-sized Murphy bed that conveniently pulls out of the wall when you are ready to sleep. Otherwise, the bed can be tucked away for extra living space. The suite has a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and an gas fireplace. These suites can sleep up to four using a sofa bed in the living area.

Lower floor studio suites are on the 2nd to 4th floor and have a view of the village. Upper floor studio suites are available for a supplement and are on the 5th to 8th floor with a valley view and private balcony. Mountain view studio suites are available for a supplement and are on the 3rd to 8th floor with a mountain view and private balcony.

One Bedroom Suites are 48m² with a king or queen bed and fully equipped kitchen, private balcony, dining table and living area with a gas fireplace. These suites can sleep up to four using a sofa bed in the living area.

Lower floor one bedroom suites are on the 4th floor or lower and have a view of the village. Upper floor one bedroom suites are available for a supplement and are on the 5th to 8th floor with a valley view. Equipment information

Free equipment hire for children 12 and under until 1st Dec 2024. 

We are excited to be working with Black Tie Ski Rental, who give you the option to pick up your equipment in store or they will come to your hotel and do a fitting in the comfort of your room.

The team at Black Tie have expert knowledge and will contact you before you travel to take some important measurements to ensure you get the equipment you need. We will therefore require your contact details to pass on to them closer to your holiday.

Blue and red skis & boots come with standard boots, a 4-buckle boot with designed to fit and be comfortable for most people. Black skis & boots come with premium boots which means you have a wider selection of brands and models, including stiffer boots for more advance skiers, or wider or narrower fitting boots for wide/ narrow feet or calves. If you have booked standard boots, you can upgrade locally at a charge of approx. $10 per day.

  • Children (0-5yrs) can pick up a free lift pass locally
  • Your lift ticket allows for a certain number of non-ski days with the following example grace periods:
    • 3-4 day tickets have 2 grace days and can be used within a period of 5-6 days respectively
    • 5-7 day tickets have 3 grace days and can be used within a period of 8-10 days respectively

Pre-booked lift tickets can be picked up in resort by visiting a lift ticket desk. These can be found next to the lift stations at the foot of both Whistler Mountain and Blackcomb Mountain. You will require photo ID and your confirmation number which will be sent to you after booking.

  • Whistler Blackcomb Area Passes are flexible and you can use the days purchased (not necessarily consecutive) on any day during the season

  • Children 5-6 ski for £12, this covers all durations and must be added at time of booking
  • Children 0-4 ski for free, please make clear at time of booking with our Reservations agent and they will arrange directly with the supplier

  • Restricted Pass - our cheapest pass but can't be used over peak dates*
  • Unrestricted Pass - enjoy skiing any time in the season including peak dates*
  • EPIC Pass - valid for unlimited access to skiing throughout the season including peak dates and is the best option for those wanting to ski 11 days or more

Meet Your Rep

Transfers

All guests are booked onto the Whistler Connection shuttle service. With 30 years of experiences, they will get you and other ski enthusiast swiftly and safely to Whistler via the Sea to Sky highway. The journey is approximately 2 hours and if required, time for a quick comfort break enroute, just speak to your friendly driver to help or answer any questions you might have. Your return transfer time will be communicated to you a few days before departure by your rep. 

Private transfers available at additional cost, please ask at time of booking. 

Rep Service 

Inghams operate a part time rep serviced based in resort. Please be aware we do not have a rep to meet you at the airport. Please follow instruction on your transfer documents as to where to meet your transfer driver. 

Once in resort, your rep aims to contact you by WhatsApp within 24 hours of your arrival and will be on hand for any questions you may have that haven't been answered in your detailed welcome pack available both on the 'My Booking' section of our website and sent to you before you travel. Please be sure to give us your contact details before you travel.
