La Folie Douce is one of the biggest names in après, and the welcoming hospitality follows through at this hotel. The former Savoy Palace has been renovated throughout, now offering a variety of different standard rooms and an eclectic mix of entertainment. Reinventing the Savoy Palace from the inside out, the Folie Douce Hotel will bring its eclectic mix of hospitality and entertainment to a permanent position in Chamonix. Hitting the slopes couldn't be easier, the Savoy lift is less than a minutes walk away, giving you access to the Brévent and Flégère ski area.
Food and drink
The hotel is offered on a bed & breakfast basis, giving you the opportunity to enjoy the variety of restaurants on site which are payable locally. La Fruitiere is a traditional French gourmet restaurant, Le Mayen provides traditional Savoyard specialities and La Petite Cuisine is a family style restaurant serving local produce. There is also a snack bar serving delicious pizza and spritz. Alternatively you can explore Chamonix by night and enjoy the fabulous range of restaurants on offer which are all just a short walk away.
What about the world famous après we hear you say? With après daily from 5-8pm, DJs, dancers, singers and musicians are all on the menu and we are sure this Folie flagship will not disappoint.

Variety
There are two grades of rooms available: 3* Access rooms are simple and compact, slightly more dormitory style and 4* Premium rooms are larger and have a higher standard of furnishings.
