These apartments tick all of the boxes for your next Finnish break. Located in the centre of Levi, the slopes are just a snowball's throw away, so are the shops and restaurants. There's a small living area and kitchenette in each of the apartments, but the best part is that each apartment has its own private sauna - there's nothing more satisfying than returning to a toasty sauna after a day of arctic adventures.

Ideally located near to the foot of the slopes, these apartments are an excellent choice for the keen skiers and snowboarders who want to be the first up the fells. The whole ski area opens in mid February (approx. 17th) when the daylight hours start to increase and incredible skiing can be enjoyed throughout the day.

Pikkukarhu 6/7 are both around 54m² sleeping two to four people in a second floor alpine house style building.  These split level apartments have an open plan kitchen-living room, double bed in a windowless alcove and separate toilet downstairs.  Upstairs there is a twin bedroom and bathroom with a sauna. 

Karhunvartija 1/5/6 are around 64m² sleeping two to four people. These duplex apartments have a living room, two beds in an open area, bathroom with WC and sauna downstairs. Upstairs there is a twin bedroom, kitchen and WC. 

Karhunvartija 3/4 is around 40m² sleeping two to four. This single level apartment has an open plan living room-kitchen, one twin bedroom and two single sofa beds - one being in the living room and a bathroom with sauna.

Karhunvartija 8 is around 58m² sleeping six people. These duplex apartments have a twin bedroom without a window, kitchen, shower room and WC downstairs. Upstairs there is a living room with a fireplace, sofa bed for two, a twin bedroom without a window, sauna and WC. 

Levin Kalle A1 is around 49m² sleeping three to five people.  This apartment has two twin bedrooms, and a single sofa bed in the living area. There is two showers, a separate toilet and a sauna.

Levin Kalle A6 is around 70m² sleeping three to seven people (maximum of three adults). These duplex apartments have one twin bedroom downstairs, twin beds in an alcove with sloping roof and two mattresses upstairs. There is also a lounge, kitchenette, two toilets, two showers and a sauna. 

Isokarhu 1 is around 116m² and sleep four to eight people. This ground floor apartment has four twin bedrooms. It has a bathroom with a shower and a sauna, plus a separate toilet.

Isokarhu 2/3 are around 121m² and sleep four to eight people. These first floor duplex apartments have four twin bedrooms. The kitchen-dining and living areas are downstairs and  there are two twin bedrooms and two toilets. Upstairs there are two more twin bedrooms, a living room and another bathroom. 

One linen set with towels is included per person per week.

All drivers must be 18yrs+ and bring a full, valid photographic driver's licence with them to the excursion.

Children must be aged 11 yrs or above and at least 140cm tall to ride as a passenger on a snowmobile, they must be able to touch the foot rest when sat on the snowmobile. Children under this height or aged 4-10yrs will be towed in a sled or pod behind the guide. It is not possible for infants (aged 0-3 years) to take part in this excursion. 

Single riders who have purchased a sharing snowmobile may need to upgrade locally to a single driving snowmobile, if a sharing snowmobile is not available.

The Levi Central Apartments are on a self-catered basis. Each apartment has a kitchenette with a range of appliances, and the nearest supermarket is around a five-minute (300 metres) walk away. 

Optional half-board upgrade: Half-board meals are available at a nearby hotel restaurant. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style. Please note that the half-board restaurant may be up to 600 metres from the property. If you have any special requirements, please notify us when booking.
