Terms and conditions
- The prize is a voucher for the value of £2,500 to be used for any available Inghams Walking holiday to Switzerland. The voucher can be used on any departure up until 1st October 2024. Other destinations are not valid. If the winner choses to book a holiday at a higher value than the voucher, they may do so and pay the difference. If they chose a holiday at a lower value, the remaining balance cannot be transferred to another holiday, nor refunded to the winner.
- The trip prize can be redeemed on one booking only. It cannot be split across separate bookings.
- The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is non-transferable and is subject to availability.
- Travel to the airport is not included, and any costs of travel to and from the airport in the UK, travel insurance, parking, food, and drink outside of the hotel meal plan, spending money and all and any other incidental travel expenses are not included in the prize.
- Events may occur that render the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Inghams Walking.
- Inghams Walking reserves the right to change the prize or rearrange the date at any time and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to Inghams Walking as a result thereof.

- This competition is not open to The RHS or Inghams employees and their families, including close friends, partners or relatives of employees, or employees of other Hotelplan UK companies and those associated with the operation or promotion of the competition. Any such entries will be deemed invalid.
- If a winner does not claim their prize by e-mailing us confirmation that they would like to accept it within one week of being notified of winning, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected.
- By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by 11.59pm (UK time) on Sunday 16th July 2023. One (1) winner in Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland) will be selected at random by Inghams on Friday 28th July, and the winner will be notified on or after this date by email within 7 working days.
- Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.
- No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.
- Only one entry per person will be accepted.
- The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has entered using a random number generator.
- Inghams will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. Inghams takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.To the extent permitted by applicable law, Inghams shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and Inghams and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
- The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
- The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of The Promoter after the winner has been selected.
